Heard the Parties.
Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 178/2022, arising out of Shikaripara P.S. Case No. 40/2022, registered under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Sri Ramesh Chandra, learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Dumka.
The son of the informant namely Bhawesh Hembrom was found murdered. Suspicion was raised against the petitioner that she had got the deceased murdered as she was having affair with him and the marriage of the deceased was fixed somewhere else.
Case diary earlier called for has been received. Perused the same. It appears that the petitioner was last seen with the deceased and subsequently his dead body was found. Apart from this circumstantial evidence, there is no other material against the petitioner on the record. The petitioner is a lady.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ramesh Chandra, learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Dumka or his successor in connection with S.T. Case No. 178/2022, arising out of Shikaripara P.S. Case No. 40/2022.
