Heard the parties.
Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Nimdih P.S. Case No. 20/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 323/324/341/307/504 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandil (Seraikella).
The petitioner is said to have assaulted the father and mother of the informant causing injury on their head.
Injury report has been called for earlier, has been received. Perused the same. It appears that father and mother of the informant had sustained grievous injury.
Mr. Rohit Agarwal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the occurrence had taken place due to land dispute between the parties and petitioner is in custody for more than six months.
Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/(Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandil (Seraikella) in connection with Nimdih P.S. Case No. 20/2023.
