Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Rajmahal P.S. Case No. 111/2023, for the offences registered under sections 341/323/307/324/34 and section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rajmahal.

On 29.04.2023, petitioner along with co-accused persons have assaulted the husband of the Informant, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries.

It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and the accused persons that they have assaulted the deceased.

Ms. Nehala Sharmin, learned Special P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that all the accused persons including the petitioner have assaulted the deceased, due to which, he died.

Considering the aforesaid facts, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rajmahal in connection with Rajmahal P.S. Case No. 111/2023.
