On 01.09.2021, a cloned check of Zila Parishad Bhilwada to the tune of Rs. 36,70,000/- was deposited in the account of Mani Prasad, father of this petitioner.
During the course of investigation, it transpired that cheque in question was never issued by Zila Parishad Bhilwada. It appears that petitioner without bringing it to the knowledge of his father had deposited cloned check in the aforesaid account. Money so transferred was retransferred to the account of this petitioner and co-accused persons.
