1. The applicant, who is in custody since 27.02.2021, has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T. No.197 of 2021, arising out of Ichak P.S. Case No.49 of 2021, corresponding to G.R. No.831 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 147/ 148/ 149/ 341/ 353/ 307/ 387/ 411/ 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a/ 26/ 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned A.D.J IVth , Hazaribag.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the trial has already been concluded in the court below and as such seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application.
3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection.
4. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant, the present bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
