The petitioner, who is an accused for the offence punishable under Sections 376(2n), 506 IPC, is praying for grant of regular bail.
Heard the learned counsel for the Parties.
From the FIR, I find that victim and this petitioner are major. They are aged about 25 years and 28 years. The first instance had taken place in the house of the informant in the year 2018 and thereafter it is alleged that in the year 2019 this petitioner had forcibly put vermillion on the forehead of the informant. Thereafter again physical relationship developed in the year 2022 and this instant case was filed in the year 2023 i.e after more than four years from the first instance.
Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to allow this application. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi in connection with Bero P.S. Case No. 5 of 2023.
