1. Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner.
2. From order dated 14.12.2021, it appears that the learned counsel for the petitioner had sought adjournment to file substitution application and it was also mentioned in the said order that if no such application will be filed, then appropriate order will be passed. Today, nobody is appearing on behalf of the petitioner and from the records of the case, it appears that no petition for substitution has been filed pursuant to order dated 14.12.2021.
3. Considering the fact that the learned counsel for the petitioner himself sought adjournment for substitution and it is also not in dispute from the records of the case that the petitioner has expired. Accordingly, the present petition is treated as abated.
4. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Pending interlocutory application, if any, is closed as not pressed.
