07 /04.02.2022 All these three criminal miscellaneous petitions have been filed by the Complainant – petitioner for cancellation of the bail granted to the accused persons namely, Santosh Kumar Baltharia in A.B.P. No.1710/2018, Birendra Kumar Baltharia in A.B.P.

No.1348/2018 and Pradeep Kumar Dubey in A.B.P. No.1402/2018 in connection with Complaint Case No.1289/2014 vide common order dated 14.03.2019 passed by the learned Judicial Commissioner, Ranchi and they are the Opposite Party No.2 in the respective petitions. In all the three petitions, the common order dated 14.03.2019 is under challenge and accordingly, all the three criminal miscellaneous petitions are being taken up together and are being disposed of by a common order.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw all the three criminal miscellaneous petitions with a liberty to move before the learned court below by filing appropriate petitions.
3. The learned counsel for the State have no serious objection to the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner.
4. Considering the aforesaid submission, all the three criminal miscellaneous petitions are dismissed as not pressed.
5. It is open to the petitioner to take steps before the learned court below as permissible under law.
6. Pending interlocutory application, if any, is closed.
7. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned court below through ‘FAX/email’.
