the respondent Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission, as a result, they have not selected 2038 candidates, although the respondent no.5 have not allowed the proper representations of the Backward Class – II, Scheduled Tribe, Scheduled Caste, in its entirety as per the constitutional provision.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present case has become infructuous and accordingly, he does not want to press the present writ petition.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
