Opposite party No.2, Ashok Kumar had preferred bail application vide B.A. No.12957 of 2021. Subsequently, bail was granted to him vide order dated 22.12.2021 on the basis of submission that he is ready to resume his matrimonial relationship and shall receive back the complainant to the matrimonial home.
The present application has been filed by petitioner, Suma Kumari, alleging therein that inspite of the undertaking given by the opposite party No.2, Ashok Kumar in B.A. No.12957 of 2021, he has not complied with the direction of this Court.
Vide order dated 15.07.2022, both the parties were directed to remain physically present in the Court and in compliance of the said order, parties are present today.
It was submitted that opposite party No.2, Ashok Kumar will take the petitioner, Suma Kumari to their matrimonial home from the Court itself. Opposite Party No.2 further undertakes to keep her in the matrimonial home with dignity and respect.
Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands disposed of.
