On 08.07.2022, the petitioner, Rani Kumari and opposite party No.2, Rajesh Giri were directed to remain physically present in the Court today.
Both the parties have appeared.
On query, it was submitted that both the parties are ready to resume their matrimonial relationship. Opposite party No.2 will take the petitioner to her matrimonial home from the Court itself and treat the petitioner with full dignity.
In view of the aforesaid submissions by both the parties, this application stands disposed of.
