Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Chatra Sadar P.S. Case No. 306 of 2021, registered under Sections 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Sri Laxmikant, learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra.
On 09.11.2021, house of the informant was burgled by unknown thieves who took away one TV set and a home theater.
During course of investigation, petitioner was apprehended and his confession led to recovery of the home theater.
It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 19.11.2021.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of this case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Laxmikant, learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra, or his successor, in connection with Chatra Sadar P.S. Case No. 306 of 2021.
