Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Bano P.S. Case No. 60 of 2021, G.R. No.30 of 2022, for the offence under Sections 379 & 413/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Simdega.
On 17.11.2021, tractor of the informant parked near his house was stolen by unknown persons.
From the impugned order, it appears that one Satish Nayak was apprehended. He disclosed the name of this petitioner as one of the accused.
It further appears that stolen tractor was recovered from the co-accused, Prashant Nayak.
It was submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner.
Regard being had to the facts of the case, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Simdega in connection with Bano P.S. Case No. 60 of 2021, G.R. No.30 of 2022.
