Petitioners have been made an accused in connection with Mahuadanr P.S. Case No. 25/2021, corresponding to G.R. No. 486/2021, registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Sri Rahul Kumar, learned J.M.F.C., Latehar.

On 18/03/2021, informant found her daughter bleeding from mouth and nose. She has raised suspicion against petitioners who are her father-in-law and husband, alleging that they might have committed this occurrence. Daughter of the informant died during the course of treatment. From post-mortem report it appears that opinion regarding the cause of death was kept pending awaiting F.S.L. report.

F.S.L. report is available for perusal it appears that no trace of poison was found in the body of the deceased. Petitioner No. 2 who is husband of the informant was not present in the village on the date and time of occurrence, as far as the Petitioner No. 1 is concerned apart from suspicion there is no other material against him.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rahul Kumar, learned J.M.F.C., Latehar or his successor in connection with Mahuadanr P.S. Case No. 25/2021, corresponding to G.R. No. 486/2021.
