On consideration of the averments made in the instant application, the same is allowed and the order 13.07.2021 passed in B.A. No. 5904 of 2021 is modified to the extent that in the cause title of the said order Md. Jagir Sheikh shall now be read as Md. Jafir Sheikh .
This application stands disposed of with the aforesaid modification.
