When the matter is called out, Mr. Anand Kumar Sinha, the learned counsel appears for the petitioner and Mr. V.N.Jha, the learned APP appears for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per FIR without giving any information to any one Rahul Paswan was taken away by the petitioner Sunil Singh on the pretext of giving employment and it is alleged that his son was handed over to him after taking ransom. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the son of the informant went with the petitioner at his own and subsequently returned home. There is no mention of time or date when the informant's son was taken away by the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 05.05.2022, therefore, he may be released on bail.

The learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that offence is of serious nature and therefore, petitioner does not deserve bail.

Having heard both counsels, gone through the records of the case and in the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to release the petitioner, named above, on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad, in connection with Katras P.S. Case No. 129 of 2021 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall report to the concerned police station on every last Saturday of the month, between 01:00 and 05:00 p.m. for one year, failing which or if any adverse remarks regarding his non- appearance at the police station, his bail-bond shall be liable to be cancelled. Any exemption to such attendance shall be done so after direction from the learned Court below.
