The petitioner is in custody in connection with Giddi PS Case No.
54 of 2021.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that whatever the occurrence took place is consensual in nature. He further submits that the victim wanted to marry with the petitioner but when the petitioner refused, the present case was filed against him with ulterior motive. He further submits that since long there was relationship between the petitioner and the informant but the informant has never made any complaint to anyone suddenly she lodged an FIR against the petitioner. It appears that she is an adult lady.
