1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.P.P. 2. The applicant, who is in custody since 23.10.2021, has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Bhelwaghati P.S. Case No.14 of 2020, corresponding to G.R. No.914 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 385, 504, 506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant claims innocence of the applicant and it has been submitted that the injury is simple in nature and other sections of the I.P.C are bailable. It has further been submitted that the investigation is complete and the applicant undertakes to participate in the trial. On the above facts, prayer for bail has been made.
4. On the other hand learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail. 5. Considering the period of custody and the fact that the investigation is complete, I am inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the applicant is directed to be released on bail, on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., 1st Class, Giridih, in connection with Bhelwaghati P.S. Case No.14 of 2020, corresponding to G.R. No.914 of 2020 on the condition that the applicant will submit self-attested photocopy of his Aadhaar Card and also submit his mobile number before the learned court below which he will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
