Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Lawalong P.S. Case No. 70 of 2021, registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-AA)26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17(i) (ii) of the C.L.A., Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra.
On 25.10.2021 at about 10:45 P.M., informant party intercepted a Bolero and apprehended Shravan Uraon @ Hemant. Confession of Shravan Uraon @ Hemant led to arrest of one Shrawan Kumar Singh. From the possession of Shrawan Kumar Singh one AK-47 rifle and cartridges were recovered.
Petitioner was neither arrested at the spot nor anything was recovered from his possession.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of this case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra, in connection with Lawalong P.S. Case No. 70 of 2021.
