Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Jariyagarh P.S. Case No. 01/2022, registered under Sections 25(1-B)a/25 (6)/ 26/ 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of C.LA. Act, pending in the Court of Sri Satyapal, learned C.J.M., Khunti.

On 07.01.2022, informant party received confidential information that extremists were spotted near Jariyagarh. Place of occurrence was raided, from where this petitioner was apprehended. A country made pistol and live cartridge was recovered from his possession.

It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 08.01.2022.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Satyapal, learned C.J.M., Khunti or his successor in connection with Jariyagarh P.S. Case No. 01/2022.
