Chhotu Singh Vs the State of Jharkhand

Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Deori P.S. Case No. 195/2018, corresponding to G.R. No. 477/2019 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Giridih.

On 04.12.2018 at about 01:00 p.m, informant was waylaid near Dhaknipahari Nala. Accused persons looted away cash, mobile phone and his wallet.

From the impugned order it appears that name of this petitioner has come in the confession of the Co-accused.

It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he has been put on T.I parade. It was further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Giridih in connection with Deori P.S. Case No. 195/2018, corresponding to G.R. No. 477/2019.
