The petitioner is an accused in connection with Baresar P.S. Case No. 6 of 2020 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 19 of 2021.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B. A. No. 6145 of 2021.
It appears that the victim who has been examined as P.W. 1 has not supported the case of the prosecution.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge (POCSO), Latehar in connection with Baresar P.S. Case No. 6 of 2020 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 19 of 2021.
