The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sonari P.S. Case
No. 14 of 2016 corresponding to G. R. No. 259 of 2016.
It has been alleged that the petitioner in connivance with the staffs of the Postal department, had fraudulently withdrawn an amount of Rs. 1,44,14,268/-. The impugned order reveals that out of 16 charge-sheeted witnesses, 12 witnesses have been examined. The petitioner is in custody since 19.12.2016.
Though, learned A.P.P. for the State has stated that the petitioner has got three criminal antecedents, but regard being had to the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J. M. 1st class, Jamshedpur in connection with Sonari P.S. Case No. 14 of 2016 corresponding to G. R. No. 259 of 2016.
