The petitioner is an accused in connection with Pakuria P.S. Case No. 15 of 2020, G.R. No. 181 of 2020, S.T. No. 21 of 2021.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected twice in B.A. No. 5360 of 2020 and in B.A. No. 1566 of 2021.
It appears that the informant has been examined as P.W-2. She has not made any allegations against the petitioner. She has further stated that her sister had returned back from Delhi. The petitioner is in custody since 14.03.2020.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Pakur in connection with Pakuria P.S. Case No. 15 of 2020, G.R. No. 181 of 2020, S.T. No. 21 of 2021.
