2. The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioner praying for a direction upon the respondent authority to pay the arrears dues to the petitioner; widow of late Md. Ilias, who died on 04.10.1995 after prolong illness. The petitioner has also prayed for a direction to pay the G.P.F., family pension to the petitioner
3. A counter affidavit has been filed in this case wherein at para-14 the respondent has stated as under:-
“14. That in reply to para-7 of the instant writ petition, the answering respondents say and submits that no representation regarding family pension claim of arrears of dues is available in

the P/File. The information may be obtained from F & A- Pension.”

Relying upon the aforesaid averment made in para-14 of the counter affidavit; Mr. Rajeev Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that writ application may be disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation regarding payment of monetary benefits and the respondents may be directed to verify and pay the same within a short period.
5. Mr. Sushant Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent-SAIL does not have any objection for the aforesaid contention of the petitioner. He fairly submits that if any representation will be filed; the same shall be verified and if at all any payment still remains to be paid; the same shall be paid to the petitioner.
6. Having regard to the facts of the case and the limited submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ application, is hereby, disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation along with necessary documents before the respondent no.3 within a period of three months. If any such representation is filed before the respondent no.3; the same shall be disposed of after verifying the records and necessary order for payment shall be passed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of such representation and the amount which would be found payable after calculation

and verification; shall be paid to the petitioner within a
further period of six weeks.
7. With the aforesaid terms the instant writ
application stands disposed of.
