2. Nobody appears for the petitioners in both cases even on
repeated calls.
3. Order dated 17.12.2020 reads as follows:
“ Heard through V.C. 2. Nobody appears for the petitioners even on repeated calls 3. Put up these cases on 03.02.2021 under the heading “For final disposal”.
4. In spite of the aforesaid order the petitioner is not represented by
his counsel.
5. Mr. Shubham Mishra, learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner might not be interested in this case any more in view of the resolution No.2756 dated 21.08.2017, whereby the anomalies in fixation of 1st and 2nd ACP has been reaffixed and the benefit of 1st ACP in the pay scale of Rs.5000- 8000/- and 2nd ACP in the pay scale of Rs.5500- 9000/- to the VLW/ Jan Sewak has been granted.
6. From record it appears that after filing of the counter affidavit no rejoinder has been filed by the petitioner.
7. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances since the matter is very old, the instant writ application, is hereby dismissed for nonprosecution.
