petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents do not have any
objection to that.
In the result, this writ application is dismissed as withdrawn.
However, we are making it clear that we have not expressed any
opinion. Thus, the aggrieved persons would not be affected by this order in approaching before a competent forum, if so advised, against the State's action.
Consequently, the pending interlocutory application also stand
disposed of.
