Petitioner, in this writ application, has made the following

prayers:-

“A . For payment of entire post retiral dues amount alongwith interest, for payment of the benefits of first A.C.P., Second A.C.P. as well as 3^rd MACP from retrospective effect;

B . For direction upon the respondents for fixation of full pension after revised pay Bands and Grade pays as per the provision of Pension Rule etc.”

When the matter was taken up on the last occasion, the direction was given to the State to inform this Court about the present status. The State has informed that the petitioner has not filled up online pension documents. The State also informed that the steps have been taken so that the retiral benefits are paid to the petitioner. It has also been informed that during pendency of this writ application the petitioner put his signature on the pension papers, but later on , vide letter dated 08.07.2021, he instructed the office of the respondents not to proceed in the matter since the matter is pending before the High Court and also requested to cancel his signature as the same was contrary to the Rule.

Today, counsel for the Respondents-State submits that

admittedly, the petitioner has not filled up the pension form online and without that his pension cannot be processed.

Considering the aforesaid submission, I direct the petitioner to fill up the pension form online and intimate the same to the respondents. Thereafter, the respondents are directed to proceed so that the pension and other retiral benefits, as requested by the petitioner, is paid at the earliest.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
