In this writ application, the petitioner prays that his post retiral benefits should be disbursed at the earliest as the petitioner is entitled for the same.

It is submitted that the petitioner has superannuated from JMADA on 30.06.2020, but till date his entire benefits have not been disbursed. It is submitted that the petitioner is entitled to receive the amount of Provident Fund, Gratuity, Group Insurance, Leave Encashment, benefit of ACP, arrears of D.A., pay revision, interim relief etc., but till date nothing has been paid to him. It is further submitted that the petitioner filed several representations claiming payment of balance retiral benefits, but till date no action has been taken on his representations.

Mr. Santosh Kr. Jha, learned counsel appearing for JMADA submits that the representation filed by the petitioner, will be looked into and appropriate order will be passed and the entire admitted post retiral benefits will be disbursed to the petitioner as early as possible.

Considering the submission of the respondents, I am disposing of this writ application, directing respondent no. 2 the Managing Director, JMADA, Dhanbad, to disburse the entire admitted post retiral benefits of the petitioner within a reasonable time preferably within a period of 6-8 weeks after disposing of the representation of the petitioner.
