39/06.08.2021: In order dated 23.7.2021 passed by this Court, the name of appellants in the cause title of the order has been mentioned as 'Durga Devi and Ors.'. In fact, Durga Devi is dead, which was informed to this Court later on.
In that view, the name of the appellants in the cause title of order dated 23.7.2021 should be read as “ Diwakar Shankar Mishra and Others ” in place of “Durga Devi and Ors.”.
Accordingly, order dated 23.7.2021 stands corrected.
