4/22.07.2021 The lawyers have no objection with regard to the proceeding, which has been held through video conferencing today at 10.30 A.M. They have no complaint in respect to the audio and video clarity and quality.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

In this writ application, the petitioner prays that his balance retiral benefits should be disbursed at the earliest as the petitioner is entitled for the same.

It is submitted that the petitioner has superannuated from JMADA on 31.01.2012, but till date his entire benefits have not been disbursed though part payment has been made. It is further submitted that the petitioner has file representation claiming payment of balance retiral benefits, but till date no action has been taken on his representation.

Mr. Santosh Kr. Jha, learned counsel appearing for JMADA submits that the representation filed by the petitioner, will be looked into and appropriate order will be passed and the balance amount will be disbursed to the petitioner as early as possible.

Considering the submission of the respondents, I am disposing of this writ application, directing respondent no. 2 the Managing Director, JMADA, Dhanbad, to disburse the balance amount to the petitioner within a reasonable time preferably within a period of 6-8 weeks after disposing of the representation of the petitioner.
