06/ 04/02/2021 Heard Mr. Rajeev Ranjan Tiwary, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Anshuman, learned counsel for the respondent State through V.C.

The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioners praying for a direction upon the respondent Authorities to accord approval to the petitioners for their appointment to the post of Anganbari Sewika as per the rules and procedure provided by the Government, in view of the fact that the petitioners are being duly selected by the Aam Sabha held for the said purpose and their names were duly forwarded by the C.D.P.O., Chhatarpur for approval to the District Programme Officer. However, the petitioners have not been appointed till date.

Mr. Rajiv Ranjan Tiwary, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though they have filed representation much earlier but the same has not been considered; as such, liberty may be granted to the petitioners to file a fresh representation before the respondent No.5 who shall dispose of the claim of the petitioners.

4. Mr. Anshuman, learned counsel for the respondent State does not have any objection.
5. In view of the limited submission advanced by learned counsel for the parties, the instant writ application is hereby disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent No.3 by raising their grievance within a period of 2 months from today. If any such representation is filed, the respondent No.3 shall look into the matter and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, rules, regulations and policy decision of the Government within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of such representation.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the instant writ application stands disposed of.
