Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. A.K. Chaturvedi.
The name of petitioner, Rajendra Kumar Mishra has been wrongly mentioned in the writ petition, which should be Rabindra Kumar Mishra, as it appears from Annexure as well as from vakalatnama filed by the writ petitioner, as such, defect with regard to the name of the petitioner is hereby ignored.
Accordingly, name of the petitioner shall be considered as Rabindra Kumar Mishra.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that counter-affidavit has been filed by respondent no.5 on 05.08.2003 and respondent nos.1 to 4 on 01.07.2010.
Since the counsel has tried to contact the petitioner, but he has no instruction as on today, as such, the instant writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
Considering the same, the instant writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
