06/16.07.2021: The present matter has come at the instance of office as in the concluding paragraph of the order dated 07.07.2021, it has been written as “instant criminal revision” instead of “instant criminal appeal”.
Accordingly, the order dated 07.07.2021 stands modified to the extent that in place of “instant criminal revision” it shall be read as “instant criminal appeal” in the concluding paragraph.
The copying department of this Court shall always issue the certified copy of the order dated 07.07.2021 along with this order.
