the petitioners and Mr. P.D. Agrawal, learned counsel appearing for the State.
This petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic. None of the parties have complained about any technical snag of audio-video and with their consent this matter has been heard.
The original writ petitioner had died on 11.05.2021.
This writ petition has been filed for a direction to save the life and property of the petitioner (now deceased) and later on the legal heirs of the original petitioner were substituted in the petition.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners (substituted) to approach the concerned police station, if the grievances are still surviving.
It is open for the petitioners, if the grievances are not looked into by the concerned police station, they may move before competent court of law in terms of Cr.P.C.
