After some argument, Mr. Tarun Kumar Sinha No.I, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition in the light of the judgment delivered by the Rajasthan High Court in the case of Manoj Sharma v. State of Rajasthan and Another in S.B.Cr.Misc. Petition No.4392/2017 to rely the same at appropriate stage.
Mr. P.D. Agarwal, the learned counsel appearing on behalf
of the State has got no objection for the same.
Permission is accorded.
The instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the
aforesaid liberty.
