Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.

Through this application the petitioner has prayed for modification of the order dated 09.12.2020 passed in A.B.A. No. 6182 of 2020.

It has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner was in Delhi at the relevant point of time and on account of some communication gap apart from the COVID restrictions, the petitioner could not surrender within the time specified by this Court in A.B.A. No. 6182 of 2020 which has prompted the petitioner to prefer this application for modification of the order by extending the period of surrender by a further three weeks.

The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 09.12.2020 passed in A.B.A. No. 6182 of 2020 with a direction to him to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks.
