Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.
Through this application the petitioners have prayed for modification of the order dated 03.05.2021 passed in A.B.A. No. 2127 of 2021.
The petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by this Court in A.B.A. No. 2127 of 2021 vide order dated 03.05.2021 with a direction to them to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks.
It has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that due to COVID restrictions, the petitioners could not surrender within the time specified by this Court in A.B.A. No. 2127 of 2021 and as such he has prayed for modification of the order by extending the period of surrender by a further three weeks.
On consideration of the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 03.05.2021 passed in A.B.A. No. 2127 of 2021 is modified by extending the period of surrender by three weeks from today.
This application stands disposed of with the aforesaid modification. Let a copy of this order be sent through fax to the concerned court.
