03/15.01.2021 The present contempt application is taken up today through Video conferencing.
The present contempt application has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding as against the Opposite Party No.2 for wilful violation of the order dated 6th January, 2020 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.2415 of 2019.
A show cause affidavit dated 15th December, 2020 has been filed on behalf of the Opposite Party No.2 annexing a copy of reasoned order as contained in memo no.436 dated 3rd December, 2020 passed by the Opposite Party No.2, whereby the claim of the petitioners has been rejected. A copy of the said order has been annexed as Annexure-A to the said show cause affidavit.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and keeping in view that the order dated 6th January, 2020 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.2415 of 2019 has now been complied by the Opposite Party No.2 by passing a reasoned order, there is no need to proceed further with the

present contempt application. The contempt proceeding as against the Opposite Party No.2 is, hereby, dropped.
The contempt application is, accordingly, disposed of.
The petitioners are, however, at liberty to take appropriate recourse, as provided under law, against the order dated 3rd December, 2020 passed by the Opposite Party No.2.
