09/15.01.2021 The present contempt application has been filed against the O.P.No.2 for wilful disobedience and non-compliance of the order dated 13.07.2018 passed by this Court in Civil Review No. 67/2017 arising out of the order dated 08.06.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No. 3561/2006.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the admitted amount along with the interest in terms with the order dated 08.06.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No. 3561/2006, as modified vide order dated 13.07.2018 passed in Civil Review No. 67/2017, has now been complied by the O.P.No.2.
In view of the said submission, I do not see any reason to further proceed with the matter.
The contempt proceeding as against the O.P.No.2 is dropped.
The present contempt application stands disposed of.
