The present case is taken up through video conferencing.
At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the defects as pointed out by the office, are ignored for the present.
The present C.M.P. has been filed on behalf of the State of Jharkhand seeking extension of time to comply the order dated 11.10.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 3330 of 2018.
Reference may be made to order dated 26.06.2020 whereby the Deputy Commissioner, Chatra (the petitioner no. 3 of the present C.M.P.) was directed to file supplementary affidavit as to whether the order dated 11.10.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 3330 of 2018 was complied till the said date.
Pursuant to the said order dated 26.06.2020 passed in the present C.M.P., a supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner no. 3 wherein at paragraph-10, it has been stated that as per the inquiry report submitted by the Committee, the petitioner no. 3 has passed the reasoned order and has communicated the same to the representative of the writ petitioner vide memo no. 628/Go. dated 11.07.2019. A copy of the said order has been annexed as Annexure-C to the said supplementary affidavit.
Keeping in view that the order dated 11.10.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 3330 of 2018 has now been complied, I see no reason to make any modification in the said order.
The present C.M.P. is, accordingly, disposed of.
