Petitioner is an accused in connection with Mahila P.S. Bundu P.S. Case No.04 of 2019, registered under Section 376 (1) and Section 4/6 of POCSO Act 2012, with reference to POCSO Case No.30 of 2019, pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-cum Spl. Judge-POCSO, Ranchi.
It is alleged that at about 09.02.2019 at about 06.30 A.M. petitioner came to the house of the informant and established physical relationship with her, subsequently on several occasions the petitioner had physical relationship with the victim. The statement of the victim was recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. She has stated that she wants to marry the petitioner but he had refused to acquiesce to her wish. Accordingly this case was registered. Petitioner is in custody since 12.03.2019.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-cum-Spl. Judge-POCSO, Ranchi, in connection with Mahila P.S. Bundu P.S. Case No.04 of 2019 with reference to POCSO Case No.30 of 2019.
