Petitioner is an accused in connection with Kamdara P.S. Case No.58 of 2020, corresponding to Spt. G.R. Case No.163 of 2021 registered under Sections 413 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-A) (1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the CLA Act, pending in the Court of learned Pranav Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gumla.
It is alleged that on 05.12.2020 at about 07:00 A.M. The informant party raided the place near village Arhara and from where this petitioner was apprehended while other accused persons managed to escape. From his possession a loaded pistol and four live cartridges were recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2020.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Pranav Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gumla or his successor, in connection with Kamdara P.S. Case No.58 of 2020, corresponding to Spt. G.R. Case No.163 of 2021.
