Petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 61/2021, arising out of Katras P.S. Case No. 197/2020, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of, Sri R. K. Singh, learned Additional District Judge – VI, Dhanbad.
It is alleged that on the night of 10.08.2020, some unknown persons entered into the house of the informant Sanjay Kumar Biswas and looted gold bangles and an ear ring from his wife. It appears that this petitioner was arrested during the course of the investigation, though he has confessed his guilt nothing was recovered from his possession.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R. K. Singh, learned Additional District Judge – VI, Dhanbad or his successor, in connection with S.T. Case No. 61/2021, arising out of Katras P.S. Case No. 197/2020.
