The petitioner is an accused in connection with S. T. No. 237 of 2019 arising out of Ghaghra P.S. Case No. 140 of 2018 corresponding to Spt. G. R. No. 185 of 2019.
It has been alleged that Ghurwa Oraon was murdered and suspicion was cast upon Charwa Oraon. The petitioner has been implicated on the confession of co-accused namely, Jairam Oraon.
Some of the witnesses have stated about the petitioner and others participating in the assault upon the deceased. The petitioner is in custody since 11.03.2019. The allegation against the petitioner so far as the disclosure made by the witnesses are concerned, appears to be general and omnibus in nature.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge VI, Gumla in connection with S. T. No. 237 of 2019 arising out of Ghaghra P.S. Case No. 140 of 2018 corresponding to Spt. G. R. No. 185 of 2019.
