The petitioner is an accused in connection with Pachamba P.S.
Case No. 3 of 2021.
It has been alleged that the miscreants had entered into the office of Customer Service Point run by the informant and decamped with Rs. 20,000/-.
The petitioner was initially implicated on self-confession rendered in Pachamba P. S. Case No. 4 of 2021. Subsequently, the petitioner was identified by the informant in the T.I.P.
It appears that some of the co-accused persons have been granted bail by this court in B. A. No. 8381 of 2021. The petitioner is in custody since 01.04.2021.
Regard being had to the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Giridih in connection with Pachamba P.S. Case No. 3 of 2021.
