The petitioner is an accused in connection with Giridih (M) P.S.
Case No. 316 of 2020 corresponding to G. R. No. 499 of 2021.
It has been alleged that the petitioner and one Sahil Ansari were apprehended by the police and from the possession of the petitioner one live cartridge was recovered.
The other co-accused Sahil Ansari has been granted bail by this court in B. A. No. 10549 of 2021. The petitioner is in custody since 08.12.2020.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Giridih in connection with Giridih (M) P.S. Case No. 316 of 2020 corresponding to G. R. No. 499 of 2021.
