The petitioner is an accused in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 33 of 2021.
The informant was waylaid by the miscreants and his bag containing Rs.2,70,000/- as well as a Samsung Galaxy Mobile was looted.
Although the petitioner is not named in the FIR but subsequently he has been implicated on suspicion and on his confession, Rs.30,000/- was recovered from his house apart from a Samsung Galaxy Mobile.
Learned Special P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail made by the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner was identified in TIP.
However, considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 15.3.2021, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamtara in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 33 of 2021.
