The petitioner is an accused in connection with Radhanagar P.S. Case No. 114/2021.
It has been alleged that several stolen motorcycles were recovered from the garage of the petitioner. The petitioner along with the others were suspected to be involved in sale and purchase of stolen motorcycles by changing the chassis number and engine number of the vehicles.
The petitioner appears to be in custody since 05.06.2021.
It has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Rajmahal in connection with Radhanagar P.S. Case No. 114/2021.
