Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the
State.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mango (Olidih) P.S. Case No.140 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 109, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Mrs. Satyabhama, learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Jamshedpur.
It appears that there are series of litigation between the parties.
It is alleged that on 19.5.2021 at about 5:30 P.M, this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons had intercepted the informant outside his house and the petitioner gave an iron rod blow on the head of the informant, causing injuries.
It was submitted that the informant has sustained grievous injury. Petitioner is in custody since 23.5.2021.
This is a case of giving single blow on the head of the informant.
Considering the facts of the case, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Mrs. Satyabhama, learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Jamshedpur or her successor, in connection with Mango (Olidih) P.S. Case No.140 of 2021.
